Dr. Jo LongneckerDr. Longnecker has nearly 25 years of experience in human resources, specializing in organizational effectiveness and executive coaching. She works with executives, high-potentials, senior leaders and their teams to develop and implement strategy, lead organizational change, design and implement succession planning, manage organizational redesign and mergers, conduct cultural assessments, and leadership development. She also coaches leaders behind the scenes to achieve results and improve relationships. Dr. Longnecker earned advanced degrees from George Washington University.

Our coaching moves clients to self-awareness and new action to navigate promotions, breakdowns, successes, shifts in responsibilities, and improving relationships. We use powerful questions, metaphors, articles, self-observation exercises and practices to increase leaders' results, ability to manage complexity, and increase their potential.
